Noteworthy results in 1996.
Prenucleolar structures were studied in preimplantation bovine embryo (development in vivo) in relation to some other nuclear components - chromatin, interchromatin granules. We have shown that these nuclear components are in close relationship with nucleolar precursor forms providing thus more informations about morphological situation during bovine embryo development which are necessary for the efficient use of genetic manipulations with farm animals embryos (VEGA grant 2/1319/1996).Contact: Dr. V.Baran
The analytical method of microelement karencies diagnosis in farm animals was developed and tested in field conditions. Terapies of microelement karencies were tested using original preparates Mikromag a.u.v. and Single microelement compound JML a.u.v. Their application had positive effects on reproduction, production of milk, wool and health status (VEGA grant 2/1320/96).
